Fortress is a fintech powering the next generation of neo-banks, marketplaces, exchanges and Web3 innovators. Traditional financial services for alternative assets (NFTs, cryptocurrencies, securities etc.) are hard to find, and even then are slow, manual, and fragmented.
Fortress offers true utility for the next generation of blockchain innovators. Fortress provides wallet technology, ePayments infrastructure, settlement systems, tokenization engines, data vaults, and a host of services to enable firms of all sizes to create tools and applications that leverage the blockchain for real-world use.
We are looking for a Senior product manager to build a 0 to 1 product in the payments space that leverages the blockchain to address the time and cost pain points felt by participants in the space (i.e. everyone).
You will build an API layer that allows payors, payees, and service providers to be part of an ecosystem that leverages the blockchain to create value for everyone while maintaining the innovations created for payments during the last 30 years.

Responsibilities
- Help with the strategic direction for our products (product vision, strategy and prioritization).
- Get alignment on MVP definition and go-to-market strategy.
- Work with design and engineering to drive the return on investment for product development.
- Champion the voice of the customers and users.
- Deliver measurable business impact.

- 5-8 years of experience as a PM.
- Experienced in startup and high-growth environments and with international teams.
- Experience in tech field or education in STEM fields
- Experienced in managing and collaborating with teams of engineers and designers.
- Familiar with standard product management tools, roadmaps, and analytics (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).Experience working with data and metrics to confirm assumptions and make decisions.
