As the HR Coordinator on our team, you will:

• Manage all recruitment coordination efforts and placement of employment advertising through Greenhouse, including efficient management of interview kits and scorecards.
• Track and gather candidate feedback from interviews, completes background and reference checks, and maintains accurate candidate requisition flow, recordkeeping and reporting in Greenhouse.
• Lead the data administration of the PEO system and communicates with the PEO on various matters.
• Formulate candidate offers in accordance with the COO and inputs new hires into the PEO system.
• Complete basic payroll processing steps in collaboration with the PEO.
• Oversee new-employee orientation and offboarding processes in the PEO system.
• Coordinate Snickerdoodle Labs benefits administration, enrollment and open enrollment changes in collaboration with the PEO.
• Assist in the proper routing and resolution of employee support needs and refers to specialists as needed.
• Support the processing of unemployment, leaves of absence and workers compensation claims in partnership with the PEO.
• Champion the Snickerdoodle culture and represents the organization favorably to vendors, employees and job candidates.

You ideally have:

• Minimum one year of experience in a human resources, recruiting or business administration role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to proactively research and find the answers to issues as they arise
• Demonstrated ethical conduct
• Highly-developed written and oral communication skills
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Meticulous attention-to-detail
• Experience with Google Suite, Calendly and Slack is preferred
• Experience working with startups, crypto, a PEO and Greenhouse is a plus
