What is the role?

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team, which is exploring what a next-generation Gen AI-powered web3 developer platform from the ground up will look like.

Our team believes that the next wave of application/value creation will come once we simplify the web3 development workflow via automation/abstraction(s) for web2 developers and the like. Our current concept plans to revolutionize the web3 developer experience, aiming to simplify the end-to-end web3 development/deployment/monitoring lifecycle. The platform can enable foundations for the next wave of applications coming to the web3 ecosystem. We are currently in the validation stage of defining our product and are looking for an EIR who is passionate about the above cause and can help us take this project to market as a full-fledged venture.

Responsibilities?

In this role, you will:

• Lead a multi-cohort team of Venture Architects, Technologists, Engineers, and Product/Design, and will be the Owner/Builder providing thought/domain leadership across Product/Development/GTM and partner strategies.
• Apply past successful experiences in commercializing similar tech-driven ventures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and should have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Attributes?

You should have:

• The ideal candidate for this position should have had technical founder/CTO experience in building a web3/web2 developer platform and wants to eagerly solve the radically fragmented/broken developer experience in web3.
• Deep knowledge of the web3 developer tools across the ecosystem is a must. Having up-to-date knowledge of the newest protocols, projects (L1, L2, multi-chain/X-chain, Pre-Post deployment workflows) in the web3 space and having built something in the past is essential.
• Having a strong presence in the web3 developer community, especially in the US/APAC region, is a must as that is foundational for the new platform's GTM and devrel strategy.
• The current solution plan is to leverage GenAI deeply to automate and abstract the complexities of web3 for web2 audiences. Deeper exposure to GenAI Code co-pilots will be a big differentiator.
