Role Overview:
Seeking a skilled and experienced community manager to drive the growth of the StarkDeFi community. The ideal candidate is dynamic, who thrives on interaction and fast paced working environments, committed to engaging with the community while promoting a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote community growth
- Have a deep understanding of our products and services
- Manage a team of moderators
- Ability to plan and host community events such a AMA's and community events
- The setup of Discord channels, permissions, bots and security measures
- Utilisation of existing web3 platforms such as Zealy, Galxe etc to enhance marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a community manager
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
- Knowledge of DeFi (Starknet ecosystem preferred but not a must)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience within social media management tools
- Self motivated
