We’re building Omni: a platform allowing developers to deploy applications across all rollups without fragmenting liquidity. We’re looking for early team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life.

We’re a team who already built a platform that processed over $70M leading to our $18M fundraise from top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures alongside angel investors including Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon) and more. In addition to this our most recent testnet onboarded over 300,000 users in less than two months. We are growing rapidly and we need ambitious and experienced team members to join us to help scale Ethereum's future.

We have grown rapidly over the past year and now have a community of over 400,000 people in our Discord and 350,000 followers on twitter. We are hiring this role to bring on a team member full time to design, draft and execute all of Omni's public marketing campaigns while serving as the key point of contact for our community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that every day our multiple social channels are posting high quality, meaningful content with high engagement rates.
• Work directly with partners to professionally plan, draft and conduct the rollout of all comarketing campaigns.
• Communicate with our community leaders to keep them informed of the latest initiatives and releases while sourcing high level feedback from them to identify areas of improvement in our community efforts.
• Track key community growth metrics while designing iterative A/B tests to identify the highest leverage growth strategies.
• Manage marketing publications with regional community leaders to ensure consistent multilingual distribution of all Omni content.
• Reach out and coordinate with podcast hosts to expand brand awareness of Omni.
• Lock in speaking opportunities for Omni team members at the highest ROI conferences.
• Identify the best opportunities for hosting events and coordinate with our operations team to plan and execute them.
• Be the voice of the community to the BD and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a marketing or public research role (at least 1 in crypto)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Crypto native — must be deeply familiar with crypto technology and culture
• Professional experience managing Discord, Twitter and TG as it relates to managing channels, tools, bots, etc.
• Previously managed a community ambassador program
