As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a campaign lead to help drive innovative digital campaigns.

This role is a middle position for someone with experience in marketing management and campaigns creation and delivery. Crypto/ NFT/ Gaming campaigns experience is a plus.

Position: Community Games Builder

Responsibilities:

• Create and launch entertaining and educational campaigns for crypto communities
• Building out processes for campaigns
• Managing campaigns across multiple clients
• Preparing and writing content for campaigns
• Developing campaigns to the client according to clients’ needs
• Liaising with clients on a weekly basis
• Consistent reporting across client campaigns

Requirements:

• Experience leading community campaigns/events (e.g. bounty campaigns, airdrops, learn and earn campaigns)
• Experience in launching bounty campaigns, learn-and-earn events
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A deep understanding of the campaign creation and delivery
• The ability to be immersed in new projects
• The ability to work on multiple projects across clients
• The ability to work autonomously and plan, create and deliver campaigns by yourself
