We are looking for an outstanding Sales Operations & Strategy Manager that will join our fast-paced, high impact Sales Operations Team! You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and assisting with implementing key processes and structures across our Staking and Datahub business teams. You will have the ability to implement new processes, project manage key programs, contribute to product rollout processes, and collaborate on any other project that will affect the team for the better. You will work with team members in sales, Customer success and support, finance and marketing. This is a rare opportunity to establish and iterate the operational cadence, data, systems, and processes through planning, financial acuity, creative thinking, and strong analytical skills. You will also partner with cross-functional teams in defining, landing, and executing our key strategic priorities.
What You Will Do
- Be a strategic business partner and primary operational leader for the Sales and Customer Success leaders in a hyper growth Web 3 company.
- Play a meaningful role in architecting, developing and iterating data-centric analyses to improve efficiency across our customer experience-centered organization.
- Lead analysis of reporting for sales team activities including QBRs, forecasting, pipeline generation, planning, and opportunity management.
- Be the creator & guardian of best practices and processes across sales teams.
- The inhouse authority and driver of Salesforce.com evolvement, reporting and best practice.
- Support and drive, territory design, sales process, and revenue programs
- Manage the end-to-end process of reporting & analysis across our sales funnel and operational metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
About You
- Proven leader with 5+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with experience with global sales teams.
- Researched, designed, and implemented automated sales processes to increase efficiency, productivity and visibility.
- Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, funnel automation with an understanding of data migration efforts.
- Demonstrated understanding of Consumption and/or SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics, and/or growth standard methodologies in the tech, digital, and/or analytics space.
- Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with salesforce.com, Excel, Tableau or other relevant sales metric tools and programs.
