We are an innovative DeFi startup focused on developing smart liquidity management solutions across multiple DEXes and blockchains. Our mission is to empower the growing DeFi ecosystem with scalable, reliable, and efficient liquidity management tools. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects, working cross-functionally across product, operations, business development, and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, business development, and marketing, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, define deliverables, and track progress against goals.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies while proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and potential roadblocks.
• Ensure clear documentation of project requirements, scope changes, and progress reports.
• Facilitate team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in blockchain, DeFi, or fintech industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company objectives and priorities.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Notion).
• Strong understanding of DeFi or blockchain technology
• Passion for Web3, decentralization, and the future of blockchain technology.
