Responsibilities:
  • Work in a service center within our data center.
  • Diagnose malfunctions of hash boards and control boards at the component level.
  • Perform BGA soldering of board components.
  • Perform SMD soldering of board components.
  • Diagnose chip malfunctions and power circuit issues on boards.
  • Replace or repair the power circuit of hash boards.
  • Repair control boards.
  • Configure and fine-tune mining equipment.
  • Maintain CRM records and reporting documentation.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory experience in repairing Bitmain S19 XP, S21, T21.
  • Knowledge of circuit design and board schematics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in mining equipment repair at the component level.

Conditions:
  • Official employment.
  • Work schedule: 5/2 or 2/2.
  • 1-month probation period.
  • Experience in repairing computing equipment is required.
  • Salary is determined based on the candidate’s skills, repair speed, and the number of repaired devices.
  • Fixed salary + performance-based commission (KPI-based bonus).
