Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high engagement learning environment to the candidates enrolled with the organization
- Stay updated with the latest trends and applications of blockchain and make learning more application based.
- Interact with the stakeholders in understanding the training requirements and customizing the training program according
- Great Communications skills.
- Clarity and effectiveness in delivering the Training sessions.
- The ability to engage an audience, both business and technical.
- Overall enthusiasm and energy.
- A native German speaker or C1
- C1 English proficiency
Skills required:
- Strong foundational knowledge of Blockchain technologies.
- Must be proficient in the programming languages and developer tools required for Blockchain development like Java DAML etc.
- Certification in the blockchain would be an added advantage.
- Must be proficient in Hyperledger and Gnache and have written contracts in Ethereum.
- Must possess experience in blockchain development on the network, protocol, and application layer
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess and enthusiasm for learning and technology
- Deep Understanding of Blockchain, Bitcoin, Hyperledger, and Ethereum protocols.
- Experience in writing and auditing smart contracts and ERC20 Tokens.
- Good knowledge of Cryptography.
- Minimum one year of experience as a blockchain trainer.
