Who We Are

Siddha Privacy, Inc. is building an interoperability hyperstructure—an unstoppable, permissionless protocol that bridges traditional finance and decentralized blockchain networks. Our mission is to maximize human freedom through advanced code and mathematics, focusing on transforming stuck enterprise debt (invoices, receivables, supplier credit) into on-chain liquidity.

We’ve closed our pre-seed and seed rounds backed by some of the most influential investors in the United States. Our core team is small but incredibly strong, combining proven expertise in DeFi, cryptography, and enterprise finance. We have huge ambitions—aiming to reach unicorn status within 24 months and then pursue an IPO.

We believe great ideas are priceless, and we’re looking for people who have them—individuals who understand that radical change only happens at the extremes.

The Role

You will have full autonomy over technical operations, shaping how traditional finance integrates seamlessly with blockchain-based lending. From tokenizing corporate receivables to standing up compliance-ready smart contracts, you will be the lead architect designing and shipping the platform’s decentralized rails. You’ll work with external blockchain partners, own production deployments, and build a technical team that can deliver programmable, real-time liquidity on-chain.

 • Defining and communicating the technical vision.
 • Ensuring the platform’s scalability, security, and uptime.
 • Leading development teams to deliver blockchain solutions.

What Were Building

MASTERPLAN

An interoperability hyperstructure: an unstoppable, permissionless protocol, mathematically resilient and neutrally credible, independent of any single company or entity.

Our Mission

Maximize human freedom through advanced code and mathematics.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Protocol Architecture & Smart Contracts

  •  Design and implement upgradeable smart contracts (Solidity, Foundry) to support tokenized debt, RWA (Real-World Assets) lending logic, and permissioned pools.
  •  Ensure compatibility with multi-chain solutions (e.g., LayerZero, Wormhole, Axelar) and orchestrate cross-chain functionality.
  •  Integrate enterprise finance systems (ERP, accounting) with on-chain contracts for seamless data flow.

 2. Compliance & On-Chain Identity

  •  Implement KYC/AML-compliant capital flows, permissioned liquidity pools, and robust identity layers.
  •  Ensure regulated capital movement across various jurisdictions, embedding compliance into core protocol design.

 3. Platform Scalability & Architecture

  •  Oversee the end-to-end architecture of an interoperability hyperstructure, leveraging modular, extensible design.
  •  Tokenize multiple asset classes (e.g., receivables, bonds, treasuries) while maintaining composability with existing DeFi ecosystems.
  •  Deploy AI-driven workflows to automate testing, compliance checks, cross-chain deployments, and dynamic risk modeling.

 4. Team & Operations Leadership

  •  Build, mentor, and lead an engineering organization that adopts Agile practices, fosters innovation, and ships solutions rapidly.
  •  Own the entire product life cycle—from prototypes to production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and ongoing protocol upgrades.

 5. Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  •  Partner with product and business teams to align protocol features (smart contracts, compliance layers) with user requirements.
  •  Engage with the broader DeFi ecosystem—forming key partnerships, driving co-development initiatives, and evangelizing our hyperstructure.

Required Qualifications

 1. Deep Blockchain & Smart Contract Expertise

  • Proven track record with Solidity and on-chain lending frameworks; ideally contributed to protocols such as Goldfinch, Clearpool, Centrifuge, Maple, etc.
  • Comfortable writing lending logic (issuance, liquidation, dynamic LTV), bridging real-world assets to on-chain environments.

 2. RWA Lending & Compliance Know-How

  •  Strong knowledge of short-term receivables, tokenized debt instruments, and the complexities of RWA collateral management.
  •  Experience setting up permissioned pools, KYC/AML processes, and regulated capital flows on-chain.

 3. Autonomous Leadership & Execution

  •  Demonstrated ability to run technical operations independently, with accountability for delivery from initial design to production.
  •  Familiarity with full-stack integrations between backend systems and smart contracts; comfortable getting hands-on where necessary.

 4. AI-Accelerated Development

  •  History of using AI tools to boost productivity, automate testing, or streamline compliance—reducing time-to-market for new features.
  •  Proficiency with generative AI frameworks for code generation, risk assessment, or smart contract auditing workflows.

 5. Mission-Driven Mindset

  • A passion for transforming finance through decentralization, cryptography, and mathematics, and building unstoppable protocols.

Everyone on our team is located in Los Angeles and works together in-person. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who enjoys in-person work and is already in Los Angeles or willing to relocate (we can cover relocation costs). For senior candidates who are an exceptional fit, we’d consider a remote position as long as you’re available to onboard in-person for the first few months.
