As we expand our impact in combating financial crime in decentralized networks, we’re seeking a Senior Developer, AI and Blockchain Analytics to join our team and build scalable, data-driven platforms that power investigations, protect victims, and support global law enforcement.

Role Overview
As a Senior Developer in AI and Blockchain Analytics, you will design and build scalable systems that power real time blockchain investigations and forensic analysis. You will help shape core architecture and technical direction while collaborating closely with product security and investigation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-powered blockchain analytics solutions to track illicit activities including fraud, scams, and money laundering.

• Design and optimize data ingestion pipelines to efficiently process large-scale blockchain data.

• Manage and enhance MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Neo4j databases for performance, scalability, and advanced graph analytics.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python and JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) code.

• Develop APIs, GraphQL schemas, and real-time data streaming solutions using websockets to support event-driven and batch analytics.

• Work with smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) to analyze transactions, trace fund flows, and identify vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while implementing best practices in software development, version control (Git, GitHub), and workflow automation.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Python & JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) for backend and data processing.

• Strong database expertise in MongoDB & PostgreSQL.

• Experience in blockchain development & smart contract analysis (Solidity, Rust).

• Machine Learning experience for pattern recognition in blockchain transactions.

• Deep understanding of real-time data streaming & WebSockets.

• Knowledge of GraphQL and API development.

• Familiarity with Neo4j or other graph databases for blockchain analytics.

• Strong grasp of cryptography, blockchain security, and Web3 principles.

• Experience with Git, GitHub, JIRA, and Visual Studio Code.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI-driven forensic analytics & anomaly detection.

• Understanding of decentralized applications (DApps) and DeFi security risks.

• Knowledge of ETL pipelines and large-scale data ingestion.

• Experience in real-time alerting systems for blockchain forensics.
