About The Role
Weâre looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep visual storytelling ability and strong product-thinking instincts to join our Executive Office. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of technical comprehension and visual clarityâsomeone who can take complex, abstract Web3 concepts and craft compelling, visually accurate diagrams and narratives that resonate with a variety of audiences.
Youâll work closely with Chainlinkâs founder and other senior leaders to visually articulate product vision and technical strategy. You will translate raw ideas and dense technical information into high-quality visualsâarchitecture diagrams, conceptual illustrations, slides, and occasionally animationsâthat are both visually stunning and deeply informative. Youâll be a design partner to leadership and marketing, playing a critical role in shaping how we communicate Chainlinkâs mission, roadmap, and innovations internally and externally
Your Impact
Translate complex Web3 concepts into clean, technically accurate diagrams, visual frameworks, and architecture flows with high aesthetic polish
Create first-class presentation materials (Google Slides and Keynote) that support internal and external communication, from investor decks to technical overviews and visionary storytelling
Incorporate product thinking into visual designâunderstand whatâs being communicated, why, and how it will be consumed by different stakeholder types (devs, partners, press, internal
Collaborate closely with executives (including the founder), marketing, product, and technical leaders to shape the visual strategy and execution
Develop multiple creative directions and iterate quickly based on feedback, ensuring alignment with message clarity and brand standards
Design with high attention to detail across both static and motion media; contribute animation and motion graphics when helpful to improve comprehension or impact
Help evolve and maintain our visual brand guidelines, especially for executive-facing materials and technical illustrations
Stay on top of design trends in storytelling, information design, and motion/interactive visuals
Contribute to design reviews, share feedback with peers, and help level up the teamâs approach to visual systems thinking
Requirements
At least 8+ years of design experience, including a strong portfolio of technical diagrams, product visualizations, and executive-level presentations
Proven ability to turn ambiguous, complex technical topics into structured, clear, and engaging visuals
Deep familiarity with Web3, blockchain primitives, and emerging infrastructureâideally with previous experience working in the space or strong demonstrable understanding
Product design mindset: can reason about user goals, communication intent, and how visual hierarchy supports comprehension
Mastery of Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. Bonus: experience with After Effects, and motion tools
Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams
Proactive, organized, and self-directed; can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
UI/UX design experience is a plus
Blockchain interest or experience (preference for familiarity with Chainlink)
Preferred Requirements
Experience working in a remote, async-first environment
Strong grasp of branding and visual identity systems, especially in a highly technical product space
Experience facilitating or contributing to design processes that span both marketing and product orgs
Enthusiasm for shaping how the world understands new technology such as blockchain
