Project Managers (PMs) are the driving force behind the completion of key projects and programs in our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing projects from the conceptual stage to launch/execution including setting & establishing timelines, milestones, deliverables, budget, and reporting updates to the project team and management.
  • Help advocate, cultivate, and enhance the community around the project.
  • Working collaboratively to solve complex problems, managing the creative, tech and marketing pipeline and delivering great results.
  • Work with internal and external teams to execute our drops and create compelling experiences.
  • Work with our team of community managers that will help synthesize community feedback and turn this feedback into actionable efforts.
  • Review, analyze, and enrich incoming requests and projects to ensure they provide adequate information for the teams to perform the work.
  • Continuously monitor projects and tasks progress to communicate status to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate efforts from existing systems, processes and new requests to balance investment of time and resources.
  • Manage the technical aspects and configurations for third-party vendors or applications and act as the liaison when more advanced development is required.
  • Build and maintain documentation around development processes and rituals based on the needs of the teams.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports for management.
  • Interact with various departments to continuously educate them on best practices to utilize the appropriate resources efficiently.
  • Responsible for overall project tracking, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, planning and reporting, and acting as a liaison between teams to ensure proper coordination.
  • Responsible for defining, streamlining, and implementing new workflows and processes across all departments involved with new and existing projects.
  • Ownership of product operation tasks such as but not limited to: NFT minting, payment disputes and user management.
  • Ownership of creative asset production such as but not limited to: bulk updating assets, importing/exporting data via CSV sheets and asset organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • BS/BA in business or technical area preferred, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years Project Management experience in media or entertainment
  • Ability to facilitate diverse functional teams and forums
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, business operations and/or project management
  • Highly developed communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convey technical information to business Executives in a way they are accustomed to engaging.
  • Proficiency working in a dynamic environment managing multiple client projects
  • Ability to triage customer support requests against planned support capacity
  • Ability to drive issues to resolution with sense of ownership and urgency
  • Must be a self-starter able to work independently and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent oral/written communication and organization skills
  • Project Management certification a plus!
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
