Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy and vision for MoviePass, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements
  • Define and track key performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform product roadmap
  • Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment


An exceptional candidate will have:

  • A deep passion for movies and entertainment, with a thorough understanding of the industry
  • Extensive product management experience, ideally in a subscription-based business or entertainment technology
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
  • A track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in both legacy web2 and web3
  • Experience in tokenization and blockchain
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong background in user experience design and customer insights
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in entertainment and media
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding of technical concepts
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
