You know yours is better than ours because you have different clocks. You are expected to work 18 hours a week, with one day per weekend. The times were built around your availability and our team's hours.

✅COMPENSATION ✅

Revenue-based / Percentage-based compensation model to its employees. There is no upfront payment available at the moment, No Investors or Revenue.

Primary Model: You'll receive a percentage of the company's profits. This aligns your success directly with the company's performance. The more the company grows, the more you earn.

Department Allocation: Each department is assigned a percentage of all earnings. Your share will be based on your contribution and output within the marketing department.

Commission Structure:

Sales-Driven: Commission will depend on the sales obtained from projects you contribute to. This is designed to reward direct results and high performance.

Project-Based Distribution: Commissions are distributed based on the contribution/output on a per collection/project basis.

⭐ Experience ⭐

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with a strong emphasis on front-end development and JavaScript. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of web development languages, particularly JavaScript, and have a passion for integrating art and design into highly functional web layouts and wireframes.

**Experience Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in website development.

- Proficient in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Reactjs, NodeJS, Next JS, and WebGL.

- Experience in creating customer-facing websites with engaging design and functionality.

- Metadata understanding and development for complex assets and collections.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices to ensure optimal website performance.

- Skilled in using Github and Vercel for project development and deployment.

- Experience with AWS, API hosting/creation, and data manipulation tools (e.g., Redux).

- Knowledge of Solidity, Typescript, Python, Vue, Ethereum, Blockchains, Smart Contracts, Dapps, Web3.

- Understanding of Truffle, GQL, Moralis, Web3js/Ether JS.

- Knowledge of blockchain standards such as ERCA721 & ERC1155D.

- Familiarity with DAO and De-Fi concepts.

- Experience in creating stable, efficient tokenomics processes.
