Confirmo is one of the fastest growing crypto payment gateways, and our flexible solutions, low fees, and top-class support make it easy for businesses of all sizes to accept crypto payments. Forbes US named us among the best crypto payment gateways in the world and we don't plan to slow down! Since 2022, we’ve grown 700% in volume and now process over $70M+ monthly. We are in the process of obtaining our MiCA licence in Ireland and as part of this expansion, we plan to hire a Crypto Risk Analyst.

You will be responsible for supporting the Chief Risk Officer in building and operationalising Confirmo’s crypto risk framework — maintaining risk registers, developing key risk indicators, and strengthening oversight of MiCAR, DORA, and operational resilience risks across digital asset activities.

Your profile:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal controls within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.

  • Exposure to enterprise risk frameworks (e.g. COSO, ISO 31000, or the Three Lines of Defence model). Experience maintaining or contributing to a risk register, conducting risk assessments, and tracking incidents or control actions.

  • Understanding of ICT, outsourcing, or operational resilience risks, ideally within a technology-driven or regulated environment.

  • Familiarity with MiCAR, DORA, or Central Bank of Ireland risk expectations (advantageous but not essential).

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare risk reports, dashboards, or KRI summaries for management or governance committees.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain risk data clearly.

This position is based in Dublin/Ireland, remote work is ok from Ireland with occasional travel to Dublin. If you are interested in learning more, please submit your CV, and our recruiter, will get back to you promptly.
