It is built to connect, empower, and be owned by everyone.About the Team: The Integrated Communications team is responsible for helping to drive and shape positive sentiment and develop community regarding the World protocol. Tasked with creating and managing World's Integrated Communications efforts (earned and owned), the team oversees everything from community management to earned media and content creation. About the Role: What you'll do: 

Design and produce social media assets (static assets, animations, video, audio, etc.) for use across a wide variety of social media channels (X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Work with design and other cross-functional teams (marketing, product, policy, etc.) to produce social media assets that are fun, engaging, informative and on-brand Edit live-action videos in both short and long form >

About You:

Minimum of 5 years of creative design experience, preferably having worked in a high-output tech or crypto environment Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Experience designing and producing a wide range of digital assets (static, illustrated, video, audio) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and similar design tools  Proven ability to produce high-quality, fun and engaging assets quickly and under tight deadlines Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Creative thinker who is excited to bring new technologies and trends to life in a visual and engaging way Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a dynamic work environment Excellent collaboration skills with a bias towards action and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate asset needs based on the project’s dynamic priorities An individual who is open to feedback and can thrive in a startup environment Familiarity with World, privacy tech, blockchains or cybersecurity industries is a plus
