LayerZero At LayerZero, our mission is to bring finance onchain, on all the chains. The Ecosystem team exists to make LayerZero unforgettable—online, onchain, and IRL. We work hand-in-hand with partners, protocols, and community members to amplify launches, coordinate comms, and bring our network to life. As Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the center of this flywheel. You’ll help orchestrate our presence across social channels, manage the day-to-day flow of ecosystem announcements and integrations, and support the execution of in-person activations—from merch drops to major event takeovers. You’ll use tools like Linear and Notion to keep everything organized and moving forward, working cross-functionally with comms, BD, design, and marketing. This role is for someone who’s organized, creative, and deeply embedded in crypto culture. You should know how to write clean, smart copy that fits the moment—whether it's a co-announcement tweet or a merch teaser. And most importantly, you should be obsessed with making partners feel supported, seen, and hyped to build with LayerZero. What You’ll Do
Social Copywriting: Draft and refine short-form copy for LayerZero’s social channels (Twitter/X, Farcaster, LinkedIn) in coordination with comms and BD. Partner Comms: Coordinate with ecosystem partners for launches, integrations, and joint announcements. Create copy templates and timelines to streamline execution. Ecosystem Ops: Own task tracking in Linear, ensuring social posts, launch materials, and ecosystem comms are delivered on time and with polish. IRL Support: Help plan and execute in-person activations, including LayerZero’s presence at global conferences and events. Coordinate swag, signage, and partner touchpoints. Content Sync: Ensure partner-facing materials stay consistent with LayerZero’s brand voice and narrative strategy across all public touchpoints.
About You
2+ years experience in community, comms, ecosystem, or marketing roles in crypto or adjacent industries Demonstrated ability to write tight, engaging copy for social—bonus if you’ve written for multiple voices or brands Comfortable managing workflows in Linear, Notion, or similar project management tools Operationally minded—you can keep a lot of moving pieces straight and communicate clearly across teams Familiar with how crypto launches and integrations work (and how to support them) Excited to jump in on IRL events and merch logistics when needed—no task too small
