Location
We are a remote-first company, however we require you to be based in/near London to be able to come into the office (hybrid) during your onboarding in the first 3 months.
Overview
As the Content Marketer, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of Cryptio’s content strategy, ensuring alignment with Cryptio's goals and enhancing Cryptio’s brand's reach and engagement. Your role demands you to be a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning.
Content Strategy and Implementation
Develop and execute quarterly content strategies that align with the marketing team campaigns.
Ensure the content strategy effectively meets the company’s goals for audience engagement and lead generation.
Content Creation
Take ownership of content creation and distribution, including writing and publishing. Strive to deeply understand the topics you are writing about.
Incorporate feedback from the team to refine content, ensuring minimal reviews while maintaining high quality.
Ensure content pieces undergo multiple stages of review to ensure they are nearfinal at each stage.
Event Marketing
Create compelling social media posts, email campaigns, and blog recaps to promote and recap events.
Collaborate closely with the event coordinator to ensure seamless integration of content and physical event logistics.
Tracking Engagement and Reach
Monitor and analyze content engagement metrics to assess performance and audience interaction.
Develop and refine tracking methods to continually improve content engagement and lead generation.
Requirements:
Strong understanding about crypto - essential
Curious and keen to work in a startup juggling a bunch of tasks
Good at research and ability to distill action points
High energy, high aptitude, high integrity
1-2 year experience in a marketing role, motivated grads with work experience/deep crypto passion welcome
