JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re searching for a talented Designer to join the creative team at Blokhaus. Blokhaus is a creative marketing and branding agency specializing in emerging technologies. You’ll join a highly motivated team of creatives, strategists, engineers and communication experts to make meaningful and impactful creative for product builds, campaigns and high level partnerships. You will create visually appealing and innovative designs for various mediums including band design, website builds, immersive experiences, digital campaigns, social media and more.

The Blokhaus team comes from various backgrounds from agencies to politics – crypto and direct blockchain or web3 tech experience is not required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop and execute design concepts, visuals, and graphics for branding projects and marketing campaigns that align with clients’ business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with illustrators, motion graphic designers, and artists to bring concepts to life and translate client needs into compelling visual design solutions
• Present and champion design concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results for clients
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Keep up to date with industry trends and design best practices, incorporating them into design solutions and recommendations

WHO YOU ARE:

• Well-rounded creative with 5+ years of professional experience, comfortable jumping into projects to distill difficult concepts
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong creative ability and expertise in visual design
• Excellent design skills with the ability to create compelling visual solutions that align with client objectives
• Versed in social media, content creation and asset management
• Thrive in a virtual team setting and can receive feedback and iterate quickly
• Fluent in proper formatting and graphic standards but are excited to push the boundaries and try something new
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design programs

The salary range for this position is $80K-$125K. Note, this is an estimated figure, and the final offer will based on various factors, such as experience, qualifications, as well as geographical location and other relevant factors.
