Our Vision
Develop a Web Application or Telegram Bot that seamlessly integrates the diverse tools that can be used by non expiriecned users (targeting mass) and expert user (targeting niche). We envision an elegant, intuitive user experience (UX) similar to pro.x.com, featuring a sidebar with all core functionalities and “decks”—customizable monitors—where users can easily implement automated buy/sell strategies. These decks would continuously run in the cloud, streaming live data for any coin meeting the user’s criteria. The lightning-fast transaction processing of established platforms like Photon.com, BullX or BloomBot on TG would serve as our performance benchmark, ensuring users can respond to market signals in real time without delays.
We are looking an experienced CTO with a strong background in Blockchain development, particularly with the Solana Blockchain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing Trading Modules . A deep understanding of major DEX exchanges on the Solana platform, including Raydium, Pump.fun, and Orca, is essential.
The successful candidate must have prior experience in trading automation on Solana, including the development of bots for on-chain trading. Furthermore, this role requires a leader who has experience managing a development team and budget, as you will be responsible for building and overseeing a team of developers and handling all technical aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and technical strategy for our Solana based trading automation projects.
• Build and manage a team of developers, overseeing hiring, development processes, and the overall execution of the project.
• Ensure seamless integration of gRPC and RPC with Solana-based DEX platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to align the technical vision with business goals.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in Rust, Go,.
• Experience managing databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and DragonFly.
• Experience with Google Big Table
• In-depth understanding of how Blockchain RPC & gRPC work.
• Proven track record of developing trading automation bots for on-chain trading.
• Experience with decoding Jito Shread Stream.
• Previous experience managing a team of developers and handling project budgets.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and take ownership of the project.
• Openness to investing and making sacrifices for the success of the project.
