For a Liquid Staking Project on TON

We are looking for a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of a liquid staking project on the TON blockchain. This is an opportunity to lead the technical side of the project, shape its tech stack, and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical aspects and team of the project, make architectural decisions, and develop key components.
• Act as a technical expert for the team: assist with solving complex problems and conduct code reviews.
• Actively contribute to the codebase, participating in both on-chain and off-chain development.
• Work with the existing codebase: the project is already large-scale, so it’s essential to quickly dive into the domain.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise in TON:

Deep understanding of the TON blockchain, its features, and staking mechanics.

Experience in developing smart contracts and designing architectures for solutions on TON.

• Practical Skills:

Proficiency in Func.

Experience with Python for off-chain project components.

Familiarity with infrastructure projects and high SLA systems; knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices is a plus.

• Experience with Large-Scale Projects:

Ability to quickly understand complex domains and work with existing codebases.

• Leadership Skills:

Experience leading technical teams with a collaborative leadership >

Strong communication skills to mentor, support, and train developers effectively.

• Good to Have:

Understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and liquid staking concepts.
