As we expand, we are searching for an experienced Blockchain Engineer to contribute to our mission of building sustainable, cutting-edge DeFi products. If you're passionate about blockchain technology and DeFi, STON.fi is your platform to make a significant impact.

In this role you will:

• Develop, test, and deploy the smart contracts on the TON blockchain;
• Write technical documentation and instructions for using developed solutions;
• Collaborate with the frontend and backend teams to integrate smart contracts with the platform's user interface and logic, as well as with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth development process;
• Participate in code reviews making sure that the best practices and security standards are followed;
• Conduct thorough testing and audits of smart contracts to ensure their security and reliability;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain development.

We expect you to:

• Have proven experience in developing smart contracts the TON blockchain using FunC;
• Have knowledge of FunC programming languages, and being able to understand Fift/TVM;
• Have skills in working with smart contract testing tools (e.g., Blueprint);
• Have strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and tokenomics;
• Understand the basics of blockchain operation and decentralized applications;
• Have experience with blockchain platforms (ideally TON, but we’ll consider applicants with different background too);
• Have experience working with APIs and SDKs for interacting with the TON blockchain;
• Be familiar with smart contract security best practices and auditing tools;
• Have experience with version control systems like Git;
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Have passion for building innovative and secure blockchain applications;
• Be fluent in English (at least B2 level).

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g. Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot);
• Knowledge of other programming languages for smart contract development (eg Rust);
• Experience in creating and managing staking pools;
• Understanding decentralized finance (DeFi) principles;
• Experience with JS/TS.
