We are looking for a talented Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, user-centric retail applications for our cryptocurrency exchange platform. Working closely with the engineering and product teams, you will drive the design of both mobile and web-based experiences, helping retail users trade and manage digital assets with confidence and ease.
What you'll be doing:
Deliver polished, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for mobile and web platforms, focusing on crypto retail trading products
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Work alongside engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and implemented as intended
Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate product requirements and user needs into design solutions
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products
Participate in or lead user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on designs
Use data and user feedback to drive improvements in UI/UX and optimize user journeys
What we're looking for:
5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital products
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX thinking applied to mobile and web products
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodology
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial products is a plus
Bonus:
Experience designing for crypto exchanges, digital wallets, or fintech platforms
Basic knowledge of frontend development concepts (HTML/CSS)
Familiarity with designing KYC/AML user flows or regulated financial onboarding processes
Motion design or micro-interaction experience
