Responsibilities:

• Grow Binance affiliate network in Taiwan by cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers.
• Lead and involve in negotiations, onboarding and paperwork involved.
• Manage key accounts by having regular communication with affiliates, analysing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve performance.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Build reports using internal data, optimising overall affiliate channel performance

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and fluency in both English and Chinese
• Self-learner and ability to work independently
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once
• Highly organised and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• Previous experience in BD or marketing would be an advantage
• Creative to develop unique ideas and expanding on them is a plus
• Strong interest and knowledge about crypto, blockchain technology, and the Binance ecosystem
• Available to work 3 ~ 4 days per week for 6 months
