We have over a decade of operational experience managing crypto funds and pioneered the model of offering exposure to cryptocurrencies in the form of a security. We’re proud of our crypto expertise and work closely with individual and institutional investors as they explore this asset class as part of their portfolio allocation. Position Summary: Grayscale is seeking an Administrative Intern to play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Executive Support Team (A-Team) and Grayscale this summer. The ideal candidate is a current college student interested in business operations, office management, or administrative work in a professional environment. This is a hybrid role that requires being in the Stamford office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. As an intern, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions while helping to keep things running smoothly across Grayscale. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing conference rooms. Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining communal spaces. Help with crafting communications, internal documentation, and process improvements. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as needed. Assist in planning and executing team events or company activities. Provide general administrative support (e.g., data entry, scanning, printing). Take on special projects as assigned by the A-Team.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising junior or senior preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and a can-do attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
