We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Russian-speaking Community Intern to support our efforts in engaging and growing Mantle's presence across Russian-speaking communities. You will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand, fostering community engagement, and strengthening relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about Web3 and crypto to contribute in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your Role

• Collaborate with the Russian Marketing Specialist to create engaging content, including memes, social media posts, and other materials to captivate and energize the community.

• Actively manage Russian-speaking social channels and forums, ensuring timely responses, promoting discussions, and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.

• Monitor trends, influencers, and developments in the Russian-speaking Web3 ecosystem, identifying opportunities to enhance community engagement.

• Assist in planning and executing virtual events such as AMA sessions, community hangouts, and other initiatives to keep the community informed and engaged.

• Build and nurture relationships with Russian-speaking KOLs, influencers, and media partners to amplify Mantle’s reach and visibility.

• Gather community insights and feedback, identifying trends, concerns, and opportunities to improve our community initiatives.

• Provide support for event execution as needed, ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.

Your Craft

• Strong interest in Web3 and crypto, with foundational knowledge of the ecosystem.

• Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, relevant, and creative content.

• Quick-thinking, adaptable, and able to identify what resonates with the audience.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in Web3, crypto, or community management.

• In-depth knowledge of the Russian-speaking crypto landscape, including key influencers, trends, and platforms.

• Basic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva or CapCut, with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
