We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated People Ops Intern to assist our People Ops department with project and operations related tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

HR Administration – Assist in maintaining and updating People records, preparing reports, presentations and other day to day administrative tasks Onboarding Offboarding – Facilitate seamless onboarding of new team members, including system updates and offboarding processes Compliance and Documentation – Ensure compliance with organization’s policies and labor laws Project Support – Contribute to People process enhancements, including developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Master’s degree in human resources or related field Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferable Must have the ability to work as part of a team. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills.
