Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote TON.fun.

2. Conduct cryptocurrency market analysis and competitive analysis.

3. Plan and manage advertising campaigns on cryptocurrency-related platforms (e.g., crypto forums, specialized websites, social networks).

4. Work with analytical tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

5. Create and promote content on social media and other online platforms.

6. Interact with the development team to improve user experience and increase the attractiveness of TON.fun.

7. Organize and conduct events to attract new users and retain existing one.

8. Evaluate and analyze user feedback and suggestions to improve the product.

9. Manage marketing budgets, control expenses, and report on the results of marketing activities.

Requirements:

1. Higher education in marketing, advertising, or related fields.

2. Experience as a marketer for mobile applications and websites, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech sector, for at least 2 years.

3. Knowledge of basic principles and tools of digital marketing.

4. Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

5. Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, App Annie, etc.).

6. Ability to work with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

8. Creativity and initiative.

9. Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

10. Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and the specifics of product promotion in this area.
