Role Description

We’re looking for an AI VFX & Video Production Engineer to bring stories to life.

In this role, you’ll take creative ideas — scripts, music, concepts, and visual references — and turn them into high-quality videos using our AI tool stack. You’ll be hands-on in designing shots, generating visuals, refining edits, and ensuring the final production meets cinematic standards while maintaining the artist’s authentic vision.

This is a creative-technical hybrid role, ideal for someone who loves experimenting with AI video tools, understands the rhythm of storytelling, and can own an entire project from concept to export.

Key Responsibilities

• Take creative briefs or story concepts and transform them into finished AI-generated videos.

• Use existing AI tools and workflows (text-to-video, motion design, compositing, etc.) to produce assets.

• Collaborate with artists, writers, and the Liso Studio team to refine pacing, visuals, and tone.

• Manage post-production tasks, including VFX, sound design coordination, and final renders.

• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all output.

• Experiment with emerging AI video platforms and suggest workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating videos with AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia, or similar).

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.

• Familiarity with VFX software and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

• Basic understanding of AI model settings and cloud rendering workflows (AWS, GCP, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and meet production timelines in a remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• Comfort working with music-based or artist-focused content.

• Experience producing short-form videos for social media or digital campaigns.

• Knowledge of NFT or digital asset workflows is a plus, but not required.
