We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling content for the projects Seedify incubates/launches and developing catchy, high-conversion-rate copies for KOLs/Influencers, ensuring a captivating first phrase and effective call-to-action (CTA) without resorting to a shilling approach. Experience in web3 is highly valued for this role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Collaborate with project teams to understand the vision, goals, and target audience for each incubated/launched project.

Develop creative content strategies aligned with project objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

Create engaging and informative, high-quality written content for various channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website copy.

Work closely with KOLs to craft compelling copies for their promotions and endorsements, focusing on authentic messaging and value proposition.

Research industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in content management and creative content creation, preferably in the web3 or blockchain space.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

Ability to develop catchy and persuasive copies that drive user action without appearing overly promotional or shilling.

Experience working with KOLs and influencers.

Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
