About Streamflow

Streamflow is the leading token distribution platform on Solana and beyond, used by thousands of clients.

Our team is globally distributed, agile, well-funded, and profitable.

About You

We’re looking for a full-time Product Designer who lives and breathes the product - someone who checks the app five times a day, not because they have to, but because they want to. You notice the rough edges. You see what makes sense, what doesn’t, what could be simpler, smoother, sharper. You have strong instincts, but know how to validate them with data, research, and real user feedback.

We’re ready to bring design to the core of our product process. You won’t be on the sidelines or handed mockups to color in; you’ll be fully embedded in the team, shaping what we build and how it works. We’re looking for someone who thinks in systems, cares about user behavior, and sees design as a key part of product strategy.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing, using “Shape Up as our framework. You’ll be part of the full cycle: shaping problems, exploring solutions, testing ideas, and shipping clean, intuitive experiences.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of product design experience, ideally at fast-paced startups or in complex problem spaces like fintech or crypto
  • Are a strong generalist: UX, UI, research, systems thinking - you’re comfortable doing it all
  • Think beyond screens - you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and design around real user needs, not stakeholder preferences
  • Have experience working closely with product managers and engineers from idea through launch
  • Can run light-weight user research and synthesize insights quickly
  • Know how to design with data - from Posthog funnels to Metabase dashboards, you know how to use metrics to inform and improve your work
  • Are confident in Figma and comfortable managing components, design systems, and prototypes
  • Understand (or are eager to learn) how things work under the hood - APIs, architecture, web3 mechanics
  • Enjoy working autonomously but collaboratively - no micromanaging, just high trust and high expectations

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements
  • Help shape product direction during research and discovery, not just during delivery
  • Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and marketing to define and ship great user experiences
  • Use data (qualitative + quantitative) to inform your design decisions and measure impact post-launch
  • Maintain and evolve our design system and visual language in Figma
  • Make complex flows feel intuitive, especially in the context of crypto/fintech

You won’t:

  • Be isolated or treated like a service function - you’ll be part of the core product conversations
  • Be limited to pixels and polish - we care more about systems, behavior, and outcomes
  • Work in a vacuum - product, engineering, and design collaborate tightly around clear goals and tradeoffs

Compensation

For this full time role, we’re offering:

Base gross salary: $3,800 - $4,300

Token grant: 0.1% - 0.2% of the total token supply

How we work

We are a remote-first, office-optional team with a physical office in Belgrade, Serbia. We prioritize high-quality written communication and the possibility of working asynchronously across time zones because we believe that the best talent exists on every corner of the earth. Our core hours are between 12PM and 3PM UTC. This is when we expect all hands on the deck, most of the time.

Streamflow is built on the values of customer focus, respect, ownership, proactivity, and a growth mindset. We live by these qualities in our day-to-day and prioritize a happy and performant team. Therefore, it’s especially important that new teammates align closely with these values.

Fast moving, engaging, and ambitious. We passionately believe in the value that our protocol can unlock for the world and we’re looking to work with mission driven people who are ready to jump onboard with us, roll up their sleeves and get stuck into it. We believe in selfless sharing of knowledge, transparency and insight into all aspects of the business and personal initiative.

What does a product designer do?

A product designer is responsible for creating and designing the physical and visual aspects of a product, with the aim of enhancing its functionality, usability, and aesthetics

This involves a broad range of tasks, such as researching and analyzing customer needs, designing user interfaces, creating sketches and prototypes, testing and refining designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the final product meets the intended user needs and business goals

A product designer must have a deep understanding of design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and technological advancements in order to create products that are both innovative and functional

They must also have excellent communication skills, as they work closely with engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is developed on time, within budget, and meets the desired quality standards

Product designers work in a variety of industries, such as consumer electronics, furniture, automotive, fashion, and healthcare, to name a few

They may work for large corporations, small businesses, or as freelance designers, and often collaborate with other designers, engineers, and manufacturers to bring their designs to life

In web3, a product designer is responsible for designing and creating decentralized applications (dApps) and other products that leverage blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized networks

This involves understanding the unique technical and functional requirements of web3 products, as well as the principles of decentralization, transparency, and user ownership

Web3 product designers need to be familiar with blockchain technology, smart contract programming languages, and decentralized networks, in order to design products that can operate effectively in a decentralized environment

They need to be able to work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is designed in a way that maximizes user control and ownership, while minimizing the potential for fraud or malicious activity

Web3 product designers may work on a range of products, such as decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces, decentralized social networks, and more

They may also work closely with blockchain developers, economists, and other specialists to create products that are both innovative and practical, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
