This is a highly creative position, where you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences while adhering to industry standards and best practices for crypto wallets and financial applications.

As a key member of our design team, you will be expected to take ownership of your design solutions, with the ability to think critically and work autonomously. Key Responsibilities

UX/UI Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications, with a focus on crypto wallets and financial services.

User-Centered Design: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative and effective design solutions.

Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to refine and improve designs and ensure optimal user experience.

Creative Problem Solving: Go beyond the task at hand, proactively identifying opportunities for design improvements and innovative solutions, while aligning with the norms and best practices of crypto and banking apps.

Consistency & Standards: Ensure consistency in design and maintain high standards of quality across all platforms and interfaces.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and to resolve design-related challenges during the development process.

About you

Experience: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on crypto wallets and banking apps. Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, solving complex design challenges while delivering user-friendly and aesthetically appealing products. Autonomous Worker: Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and finding design solutions without requiring constant guidance.

Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to create clear, concise, and error-free documentation and communication materials.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every design element is pixel-perfect and aligned with best practices for user experience and interface design.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
  • Flexible remote work options or access to our Dubai office
  • Upgraded equipment following the probation period (if required)
  • A motivated and innovative team working on cutting-edge projects, with continuous opportunities for professional growth and creative inspiration

What does a product designer do?

A product designer is responsible for creating and designing the physical and visual aspects of a product, with the aim of enhancing its functionality, usability, and aesthetics

This involves a broad range of tasks, such as researching and analyzing customer needs, designing user interfaces, creating sketches and prototypes, testing and refining designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the final product meets the intended user needs and business goals

A product designer must have a deep understanding of design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and technological advancements in order to create products that are both innovative and functional

They must also have excellent communication skills, as they work closely with engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is developed on time, within budget, and meets the desired quality standards

Product designers work in a variety of industries, such as consumer electronics, furniture, automotive, fashion, and healthcare, to name a few

They may work for large corporations, small businesses, or as freelance designers, and often collaborate with other designers, engineers, and manufacturers to bring their designs to life

In web3, a product designer is responsible for designing and creating decentralized applications (dApps) and other products that leverage blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized networks

This involves understanding the unique technical and functional requirements of web3 products, as well as the principles of decentralization, transparency, and user ownership

Web3 product designers need to be familiar with blockchain technology, smart contract programming languages, and decentralized networks, in order to design products that can operate effectively in a decentralized environment

They need to be able to work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that the product is designed in a way that maximizes user control and ownership, while minimizing the potential for fraud or malicious activity

Web3 product designers may work on a range of products, such as decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms, non-fungible token (NFT) marketplaces, decentralized social networks, and more

They may also work closely with blockchain developers, economists, and other specialists to create products that are both innovative and practical, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
