Senior Product Designer
Main Mission
- Design beautiful, usable and high-performing flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, validate design decisions, and ensure your designs meet user needs.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to build world-class user experiences.
- Ensure high standards for design and product quality, meticulously crafting every aspect of the design system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, introducing fresh and innovative approaches to the team.
- Collaborate with other designers on shaping the user experience for millions.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience (5+ years ideally) in product design with a strong emphasis in the transaction, payment field or financial services using human insights to guide your work.
- High proficiency in Figma, with expertise in its best practices for designing and implementing design systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging human insights and data to inform and drive your design decisions.
- Capacity to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes and knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail or when to make low-fi sketchesDeep understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.A deep knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility without compromising on aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts and rationale to non designers.
- Open-minded, strong team player and eager to collaborate, both with other designers, engineers and other stakeholders.
