Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and analytical research on Defi protocols and blockchain data, design and deploy systematic strategies to capture market and protocol inefficiency.
  • Closely follow the trend and news of decentralized industry, systematically and selectively participate in decentralized activities for profit seeking, for example NFT or Gamefi.
  • Focus on growing the pie strategically for the long term instead of short term fast cashing-in.
  • Provide reporting on daily market sentiment, risk exposure, P&L
  • Conduct post trade and performance analysis of strategies
  • Work with the Risk Management and Engineering team to enhance the in-house defi system.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top university, preferably majors in
  • Mathematics / Statistics/ Computer Science/ Financial Engineering
  • Solid quantitative and analytical skills, and experience in back-testing/simulation.
  • Hands-on experience on defi protocols and good knowledge of blockchain basics
  • Strong programming skills (Python or C++ or Java etc)
  • Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely in a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment
