The Role We’re hiring our first Salesforce Engineer to take ownership of the platform and how it supports client data and workflows. Now in its second year, Salesforce is evolving into a mission critical tool underpinning key client-facing processes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with business development, operations, and compliance teams to gather requirements, build scalable workflows (including regulated flows like KYC), and integrate Salesforce into the broader application landscape. We’re also developing custom UIs over Salesforce, so you’ll collaborate with front-end engineers and work with APIs and middleware. As part of the Enterprise Technology team, you’ll improve data flows, support governance efforts, and champion best practices in tooling and platform use. While your primary focus will be Salesforce, you may also take on adjacent projects involving other systems or domains where your expertise can add value. Key Responsibilities

Own the Salesforce platform across architecture, configuration, and custom development, working with a wider team of Enterprise technology Engineers. Build scalable, auditable workflows by working directly with stakeholders. Provide technical support for Salesforce and empower colleagues to manage and extend the platform effectively. Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems. Define platform standards: access controls, data models, workflows, and CI/CD. Build analytics and reporting to support business decision-making. Contribute to broader Enterprise Technology initiatives and promote effective Salesforce usage across the Firm.

Who we’re looking for

Strong Salesforce experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL) across both config and custom development. Clear communicator with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Familiarity with regulated environments and an appreciation for data quality and governance Comfortable working across domains, from APIs to automation platforms and custom interfaces. Enthusiastic about contributing to a small team and building for scale.
