We need a skilled designer with strong UI/UX skills, and a love for product metrics, who enjoys working remotely. Interest in the crypto/DeFi space is essential.
Skills and Requirements
- 5 years as a full-time UX/UI designer
- Proficient in Figma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining design decisions.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of user interface, visual, and interaction design work
- Understanding of trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a big plus
- Be comfortable with practical, imperfect solutions when necessary
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics
- Manage the design system to simplify decisions
- Collaborate with non-design stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and support
- Create wireframes to test hypotheses
