SolanaFloor is growing its video arm, and we are looking for an in-house editor to help us scale.

Job Description:

• Use video editing software to turn raw audio and video clips into daily content for twitter and youtube, working alongside our video-host who records content
• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats.
• Upload content to social channels, executing YouTube SEO strategies to increase visibility, and managing all of the video content (descriptions, tags, playlists, etc)
• Help design brand standards for video content including watermarks, branded elements, music, etc
• Manage the end-to-end process of video production, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Ensure all video content is consistent with SolanaFloor’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute video projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and production.

You are:

• Experienced in creating Web3 video content and growing X and YouTube accounts through video
• Crypto and Solana Native. This is critical.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to experiment and jump on video editing trends
• An excellent communicator who can help direct our video-host to make professional content, aiming to refine the process.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Totally fluent in English
