Director of Tokenomics

About Star Atlas:

Developed by ATMTA Inc., Star Atlas combines play-to-earn NFT mechanics with an AAA cinematic space-genre experience creating an economy that replicates the tangibility of real world assets and ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership of Tokenomics within the Economics department
• Take ownership of daily monitoring and reporting of crypto pricing movements
• Will analyze risks to the health of the tokenomics of Star Atlas and recommend adjustments as necessary
• Provide weekly updates on competitors and specifics of the success/failures of blockchain economic structures
• Lead efforts to mine blockchain data, discover learnings, and communicate findings through reports and presentations
• Build forecasting models related to economic/crypto trends
• Work with Director of Game Economics to analyze intersection of Tokenomics on gameplay
• Work with Business Intelligence to refine and analyze data related to crypto
• Will be responsible for the writing and analysis of the Tokenomics section of the SA Economic quarterly report
• Understand and build recommendations based on global traditional economies and the intersection of Crypto economics
• Work with Director of Metaverse Economics to analyze intersection of Tokenomics on non-gaming centric activities within a digital society
• Monitor and advise in regards to legislative changes and impacts to the SA economics
• Monitor and analyze global Tokenomics trends to include flow of value and liquidity
• Analyze and advise leadership in crypto market data
• Lead the understanding of token security issues in the Metaverse and within Star Atlas
  
  
  

Skills

• Expert knowledge of data management, transformation, and statistics with a high attention to detail
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Creative financial thinker with initiative to solve complex problems
• Knowledge of time-series VAR's and factor analysis
• Has written analysis and/or published works on Tokenomics or similar
• Modeling skills- both in data structures (SQL) as well as mathematical models
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language like R or Python
• 2 years of experience in Tokenomics (Specific Knowledge of the Solana Blockchain and its history)
• Understanding of metaverse concept and the economic benefits and risks attached to it
• Knowledge of competitors to Star Atlas and their Tokenomic designs
• knowledge of crypto marketplaces and emerging crypto marketplaces
• Comfortable managing multiple assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong desire to produce high quality work
• Experience in leadership
• Familiarity with other blockchain technologies, projects, economic structures and tokenomics of competitors
