Overview
We're seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to lead the technical implementation of cutting-edge Web3 integrations across multiple blockchain ecosystems. You'll be responsible for architecting and developing complex integrations with DID providers, Layer 2 solutions, educational platforms, and DeFi protocols while building scalable on-chain identity and reputation systems.

This role is perfect for an experienced blockchain developer who thrives on solving complex multi-chain challenges, implementing innovative Web3 protocols, and driving the future of decentralized professional networking.

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years of blockchain development experience with production deployments
  • Strong Solidity development skills with experience in complex smart contract architecture
  • Multi-chain development experience (Ethereum, Base, Solana, Polygon)
  • Deep understanding of EVM and blockchain fundamentals
  • Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, Base)
  • Advanced knowledge of smart contract security best practices and audit processes
  • Experience with OpenZeppelin contracts and established patterns
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle)
  • Understanding of gas optimization techniques and contract upgradeability
  • Experience with multi-signature wallets and timelock mechanisms
  • Extensive experience with Web3.js/Ethers.js and blockchain API integration
  • Wallet integration expertise (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Phantom, Rainbow)
  • Experience with IPFS/Arweave for decentralized storage
  • Knowledge of GraphQL for blockchain data querying (The Graph Protocol)
  • RESTful API development for Web3 applications
  • Understanding of DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Compound)
  • Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, SPL tokens)
  • Understanding of tokenomics and mechanism design
  • Experience with stablecoin integration and payment rails

Desirable

  • Experience with zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs)
  • Knowledge of account abstraction (ERC-4337) and gasless transactions
  • Familiarity with MEV protection and transaction optimization

 

Job responsibilities

  • Design and develop smart contracts for identity verification, attestation systems, and reputation scoring
  • Implement cross-chain bridges and multi-chain wallet integration
  • Build escrow systems and payment processing for freelancer marketplace
  • Develop tokenized bounty and referral systems with automated distributions
  • Integrate with Base L2, Solana, and other blockchain networks
  • Implement Layer 2 scaling solutions and optimize gas costs
  • Build cross-chain attestation services and reputation portability
  • Develop multi-signature wallet systems and account abstraction
