It is a well-funded new venture focused on solving the unique treasury, accounting & asset management challenges for Web3 & Blockchain organizations.
What You'll Do
- Work in a small team to iteratively improve user experience
- Take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production
- Participate in regular design reviews where you’ll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback
- Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
- Daily collaboration with Engineering, Leadership, Sales, and Product
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and prototypes in collaboration with Product Management, Frontend Developers, Engineering Lead & Founder
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis of ‘best-in-class’ & adjacent organizations
- Gather customer feedback, generate meaningful insights and integrate into product roadmap
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
- Conduct usability testing, high attention to detail
Requirements
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, intentionality & talent
- Experience in UX design: wireframing and prototyping, user and screen flows, information architecture
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience in reviewing existing & competitive systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
- UX Design expertise in financial platforms: payments, expense management, trading/hedging/staking, insurance or otherwise
- UX design expertise with data-dense solutions, data visualization
- Understanding of front-end web technologies & terminology, you partner well with developers
