Senior Protocol Engineer - Apply

We’re looking for “cracked” engineers who are not intimidated by complex systems and unfamiliar domains. You’re the perfect candidate if you feel comfortable designing and improving upon complex mechanism/incentives designs in decentralized finance, doing systems programming in whatever language required, working on quantitative modeling/development, and building novel crypto products usable by DeFi power users and newcomers the like.
What We Look For
Deep understanding of decentralized finance primitives: CLMM swaps, borrow/lend, CDP stablecoins, delta-neutral stablecoins, tokenized RWAs
A good sense of mechanism designs and an eye for polish
Is a product-minded individual who not only knows how to build the thing but also how to build for the customer
Maintain a high standard of security, correctness, and thoughtfulness in code development
Produce high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code with comprehensive documentation
Highly proficient in either Rust or C++
Highly proficient in Python
Has experience as a front-office quant/developer in trading, or DeFi equivalent (Solana preferred)
