Responsibilities

• Lead the feedback of product experience through feedback local community internally and externally
• Responsible for conducting local survey, offline meetup or other various methods to collect product feedback and user experience, direct and innovative product localization and optimaztion
• Structure an ambassador program to support local community needs such as translations, customer support etc.
• Measure, report, and analyse the performance of community across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.
• Analyse competitors’ product landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both product and marketing team with user needs, feature update, hot topics
• Lead experiments test-and-learn strategies that help scale community and improve impact

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in product experience and community engagement related roles
• NativeTurkish language is a MUST.
• Crypto native is a must, spot trading or derivatives trading
• Experience in the blockchain/crypto space is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Facebook, Reddit, and Telegram
• Experience using ZenDesk, Chartio, SendGrid, or Hubspot
