Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new deals or partnerships with leading institutions. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in sales, business development and a deep understanding of the industry. Hope you build a bridge between regulators and practitioners, be familiar with bank anti-money laundering businesses, be curious about blockchain, and understand the value of data on the chain. It has regulatory, banking, and blockchain institutional business resources.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for business development work in the field of blockchain finance, including on-chain AML, blockchain big data, and API services.
- Conduct iterative research on the latest industry development, market trends and innovative products and explore the new solutions / initiatives for the ecosystem
- Demonstrate track record in building and nurturing relationships at all levels, including overseas blockchain related institutions-- Banks, tokenfunds, OTC institutions, exchanges and other resources
- Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Conduct cooperation analysis and evaluation for the platform's project resources with potential for future cooperation
- Work closely with product and GTM teams to optimize our products
- Track and analyze the business performance
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business or related discipline
- Solid and demonstrable sales experience in a high growth SaaS company, with Fintech/Web3 domain expertise is preferred
- An established network of executive level contacts in financial institutions or regulatory bodies is a plus
- Proven track record of success, and of building lasting mutually beneficial relationships with clients
