About the Opportunity
OKX is looking for a Russian-speaking Integrated Marketing Manager for CIS region. This candidate's strength will be crafting marketing strategies, user reactivation, KOLs communication, or product promotion for the regional business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, in line with various product business units that increase user engagement, acquisition of product lines and conversion rates.
- Craft compelling engagement and retention strategies that resonate with the regional target audience.
- Collaborate and support cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns, strategies and new initiatives
- Monitor the channels and campaign metrics regularly and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and performance
- Identify and negotiate potential brand partnerships with internationally recognized companies to develop joint marketing initiatives for OKX.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and media outlets to amplify OKX's online presence and drive product adoption
- Plan and execute marketing events and activities that provide value to our community and deepen their connection to OKX brand
- Analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly
What We Look For In You:
- Marketing experience, with a strong focus on reactivation marketing
- Experience in marketing growth or email marketing strategies for crypto or fintech businesses
- Proficient in revenue-generating marketing tactics with a basic understanding of email agents and HTML
- Able to analyse and interpret data; have experience with the Tableau or Amplitude data tracking systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Native Russian and fluent English speaker only
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
