Responsibilities

• Marketing:
• Assist with the creation, editing, and promotion of engaging content and marketing strategies.
• Participate in the creation and design of promotional materials.
• Participate in coordination with different teams to ensure marketing materials are effectively communicated and distributed.
• Participate in conducting research and collecting marketing materials on market trends and competitors to support our product positioning.
• Assist in UI design planning and implementations, ensuring the user-interface is user-friendly and appealing.
• Participate in coordination with PR teams to ensure that all marketing materials align with brand image and message.
• Participate in collaboration with product and design teams to ensure every product feature is well-explained.


• Products Operations:
• Participate in creating and updating user-friendly guides and tutorials, FAQ, announcements for our products.
• Participate in the monthly payments internal process set up and execution.
• Assist in the launch and management of new mining products.
• Help to monitor and improve mining products' overall performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product and answer customer inquiries regarding our mining pools.
• Assist in the launch and management of new mining products.


• Operational Compliance:
• Assist in ensuring that all product operations align with legal regulations and business ethics.
• Participate in audits and compliance programs, ensuring the product operates within legal, regulatory and compliance boundaries.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills are required.
• Good documentation skills and crypto knowledge.
• Open to flexible work hours requirements.
• Eager to take on new challenges and able to adapt to change.
