WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A versatile, broader and more flexible web3 product manager with experience in partnerships, community management and incentives; including proven experience in community management, because web3 Product Management is generally communal and public, with user feedback often managed through channels such as Discord, Telegram, or Slack

You must be the type of person who relies on their intuition and strong decision-making skills, as the web3 environment is highly ambiguous.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS?

• Your role will be so diverse that you can expect to be managing aspects of product, partnerships, growth hacking and community management
• Analyze our user sentiment by scanning crypto communities on Discord, Reddit, and Twitter.
• Coordinate smart contract audits.
• Perform product with DeFi and other on-chain analytics tools.
• Work with engineers to create effective cryptoeconomic incentives.
• Work closely with crypto engineering team to develop innovative solutions that provide maximum value to protocol stakeholders
• Apply Blockchain in different aspects of our product with balancing scalability and data usage

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE:

• 2+year of experience as a Product Manager in Blockchain, Crypto, NFT or Metaverse
• A heavily data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization
• Be familiar with agile processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), and tools (e.g. Notion, Figma, GitHub,)
• Previously worked well in collaboration with Design, QA and Engineering
• A demonstrated involvement in the blockchain industry or personal interest in crypto/NFTs
