Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve operations processes
• Work with the product and engineering team to develop internal operations tools to drive efficiency
• Assist with regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities to drive user acquisition & engagement
• Assist with analysis of user feedback and continuously look for ways to deliver more value to our users and improve user experience
• Collate user feedback and share with relevant internal teams for improvements
• Work closely with team members to solve user issues
• Review escalated issues from customer service and escalate to appropriate stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency and market trends and propose new ideas

• Up to date with the latest news, trends, and happenings
• Knowledge, interest and passion in cryptocurrencies and its applications
• 1-3 years experience in an operations role
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin Chinese and great communication skills
• Possess strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail
• A team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira and basic data tools (spreadsheets, etc)

Bonus points

• Interest/some knowledge in cryptocurrency, fintech
• Experience working in Exchanges, Crypto, DeFi or other financial startups
