The Senior Support Engineer is responsible for all levels of phone, email, and onsite support to GSR employees. You will be part of the global team required to support the employees of GSR for all IT support issues across the suite of Enterprise Applications. You will be responsible for managing incidents and requests within your queue, working as part of a larger team to deliver excellent service and keep the business teams operational.
