Responsibilities

• Formulate high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media campaign.
• Maintain a consistent online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation on social media.
• Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and impact.
• Respond promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts.
• Grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% a month
• Reach out for interviews
• Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media.
• Collaborate with product manager to deliver compelling visual stories across platforms.

Requirements

• Crypto Native (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO) 
• Social Media Posting (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube) 
• Social Media Tools (Hubspot, Sprout Social, Tubebuddy) 
• Community Management and engagement (Telegram, Discord, Support tickets) 
• Copywriting Social Media Marketing experience.
• Experience developing social media strategies.
• Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
• Proven ability to build social media communities.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
• Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
