Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities across new industry sectors for the fan token business to expand into.
• Proactively, reach out, forge partnerships and pitch blockchain integration or new projects.
• Define, negotiate and close deals for web3 development, IP, and tools across multiple industries.
• Oversee account and project management and work with cross functional teams to coordinate client onboarding to Binance.
• Advise internal teams (Marketing, Content, Engineering, Developer Relations, etc.) on the latest business trends within the industry.
• Help develop and implement a business strategy for attracting new industry leading clients. 
• Leverage existing industry connections to engage and advise on web3 industry trends and knowledge to pivot to web3.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in business development, partnership, or strategic consultant roles.
• Strong interest or experience in the blockchain/ web3 space preferably with the ability to advise how firms can interact and join the web3 ecosystem. 
• Strong communication and collaboration with others. 
• Previous work experience with a high-growth technology company.
