Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
  • Expand the relationships with existing clients/customers by sustained communication, gain deep understandings of their needs
  • Build key customer service frameworks, processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key clients/customers
  • Conduct analysis of user behavior, identifying hidden needs, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key client/customer service solutions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment, crypto(huge plus)
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, crypto funds, asset managers, prop trading firms, individuals, brokers, commercial banks, etc
  • Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, able to work under pressure
  • Passionate about and believe in crypto
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, for proficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
